All available rooms feature facilities such as flat screen HDTV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and complimentary Wi-fi. Room bed types vary from king, twin or queen beds, with some also featuring a pull-out sofabed making most of the rooms available versatile to suit different needs.

All prices are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT.

The Environmental Contribution, also known as tourist tax, amounts to € 0.50 per night. The contribution is capped at a maximum of € 5.00 for each continuous stay.

Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The EANM Office and Organisation cannot be held responsible nor provide any refund for reservations.

Should technical reasons beyond the control of the organisers make any changes necessary, EANM cannot be held responsible. Furthermore, EANM cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The participant(s) take(s) part at his/her/their own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole conference venue is St. Paul’s Bay, Malta. With your registration you authorise the organiser to use all registration data given in the registration form for the computerised handling of the congress and further communication with all respective suppliers. Austrian law shall apply and place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
