Accompanying persons will NOT have access to the scientific programme. 

Payment Deadlines

If the full early registration fee is not received in the below-mentioned bank account by October 31, 2024, 23:59 CET, the advanced registration fee will automatically apply. Therefore, we highly recommend using credit card payments for last-minute registrations!

Please note that the registration fees need to be paid by December 13, 2024. In case the payment is not received by this deadline, the registration will be cancelled, and your reserved seat will be made available to other registrants.

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro (€). The payment can be done:

Please do not forget to indicate your name and invoice number on the transfer order! A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as we have received the full payment.

We can only accept Visa and MasterCard. Diners Club and American Express are not accepted!

A confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to you as soon as you have completed your registration.

Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the EANM Office:

In the event of cancellation before December 12, 2024, 23:59 CET, a refund of your registration fee minus a charge for administrative proceedings of € 100.00 will be made after the event.

Any cancellation received starting from December 13, 2024, will not be refunded (i.e., 100% cancellation fee). Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. The Delegate Registration Fees does not provide such insurance coverage. The EANM accepts no responsibility or liability against booking cancellations, loss, inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

The EANM shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement of the event due to external circumstances beyond its control, such as government regulations, natural disasters, conflicts, terrorist activity, or public disturbances. If the EANM decides to reschedule the event, all existing registrations and additional items will automatically transfer to the new event dates. Should the conference be cancelled, the EANM’s responsibility will be limited to the reimbursement of registration fees, subject to fees and conditions. Please note that the EANM will not refund any travel expenses related to the event cancellation. For hotel bookings, any refund for pre-payments will be governed by the hotel’s own policies.

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participants. Open amounts must be settled before collecting your congress name badge.

Late Payment

Late payments may not be credited to the designated account when the conference starts. To prevent double payment, please bring with you a copy of your receipt/bank statement to the registration desk.

Please note: Down payments cannot be accepted.

Name Changes

Name changes are accepted, as long as the name and e-mail address of the substitute are promptly communicated to the EANM Office ( by December 13, 2024, 23:59 CET. Kindly include the substitute’s name and e-mail address in the same correspondence as the notification of cancellation.
