Payment Deadlines

If the full amount of your early registration fee has not been received on the below mentioned bank account by October 25, 2018, the advanced registration fee will automatically become effective. Therefore, we strongly recommend paying last-minute registrations via credit card only!

Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the EANM Office:

Substitutions will be accepted and can be made at any time. Name and e-mail address of substitutes need to be sent to the EANM Office in the same e-mail as the notification of cancellation. Substitutions can only be accepted when sending the notification of cancellation, the name and the e-mail address of the substitute no later than 6 weeks prior to the event (December 20, 2018).

In the event of cancellation before December 20, 2018 a refund of your registration fee minus a charge for administrative proceedings of EUR 100.00 will be made after the event. Any cancellation received after December 20, 2018 will not be accepted (i.e. 100% cancellation fee).

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant. Open amounts must be settled before receiving a congress name badge.

 

Late Payment

Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement.
Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.

 

Name Changes

Substitutions will be accepted and can be made at any time. Name and e-mail address of substitutes need to be sent to the EANM Office in the same e-mail as the notification of cancellation.
